Intensive Residential Integration – Guimont Complex

This service meets the specific needs of clients with an intellectual disability and/or Autism spectrum disorder with severe behaviour challenges in a structured living environment. This service promotes a type of intensive and temporary intervention, and seeks to return the individual to their natural environment or an alternative resource that meets their needs.

The Guimont Complex is divided into four separate living environments with approximately seven clients living on each unit. We are in the process of designing a fifth unit. The team at Guimont consists of Auxiliaries, Nurse LPN’s, one nurse clinician ASI, Specialised Educators, Specialists in Clinical Activities, a Responsable Unité de Vie, a Psychologist, an Administrative Agent and a Manager. We have access to other professionals from other departments by request.
